Anytime you see an exaggerated bet, you should ask yourself this question: Is she betting at anyone in particular?  If the answer is yes, there's some chance that she's using the maneuver as a challenge to lure a call.  If the answer is no, as it appears to be in this clip, then the betting move is an attempt to show strength and therefore you should suspect that the player is weak or bluffing.
